BSI customers have access to our dedicated, in-house support team. The support team is happy to help with technical issues, workflow questions, trainings, or other questions that may arise. In addition, all customers have access to our support site, which includes a detailed system user guide, onboarding session recordings, and a variety of other resources. Regular technical support hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
